Echobell events does not permit future clients to just attend an event unless it’s a public event out of respect for the privacy of others. The information provided in our meetings and online reviews will platform our experience, professionalism and style in music.

Our performers always arrive on-site at least an 5 hour prior to the contracted start time of the event, and earlier as necessitated by the setup requirements of the site.

Yes, Echobell events carries a full liability insurance policy with a coverage value of $2,000,000. We are happy to provide you or your venue with a copy of our insurance policy upon request.

We require at least one 6-foot banquet table, and adequate power 2 x (120-volt, 20-amp circuit on a grounded outlet) within 100 feet of where the DJ will be set up. For more advance DJ setups we require stage of 8ft x 4ft.

A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is due with your signed agreement. And, the remaining balance is due 3 day before your event.

Our standard package includes ALL equipment, including speakers, subwoofers, cables, dmx moving heads and wireless microphones. We also offer many additional packages including uplighting, hashtag live, Live Streaming Mobile DJ, Punjabi dhol, monogram lighting, and LED Dance floor at extra cost.

We create a custom quote depending on the needs of the event. And, we’ll send you a detailed quote via email based on the type of event (eg: wedding, birthday, or corporate), the date/time preferred and the location of the event. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal & direct deposit.
